Our CQC regulated activities is personal care with service band of 18 to 65 and 65+ years. Also, we provide short services as well as long services, our short services range from 30 min, 45 min, 60min upward which can be provided through Morning calls, (7am – 10am) Lunch calls (12noon – 14:00) , Tea Calls (16:00- 17:30) as well as Bed Calls (19:00-21:00). Our long services could be nights, long days, half days, 24 hours as well as living- In.
DOMICILIARY CARE
Our domiciliary care service is effective, responsive and proactive. Our domiciliary care services is live 24/7, we can cover calls ranging from check-ins, personal care and 24hrs care. Our home care services can be use at very short-term notices to cover short-termed illness, as well as long-term, our domiciliary services is very flexible, even if your usual carer is on holiday or off sick, Cecil Home Care Services is more than happy to cover and maintain an effective continuity in care for you or your loved one. Our dedicated team of home care assistants are fully trained to support with:

- Outings: To go out with you for shopping, a walk, movie, restaurants, to the bank etc., if you need to step out of your house even for a hospital appointment, we can provide the support you require, this includes social outings( day care center, family visits etc.)
- Households: We believe a clean environment is a healthy environment, our dedicated staff will support in keeping your environment, cleaning as they go during calls, also cleaning calls, as well as laundry.

Physical Disability Care Services

Sensory Impairment Care Services
What is sensory Impairment?
Sensory impairment is a condition with which one or more of our special senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste and spatial awareness) is no longer normal. Sensory impairments are an often overlooked and invisible health condition in healthcare.
Certain groups are more at risk of developing sensory impairment. For example
Older Persons. At least 2.2 billion people live with a vision impairment or blindness, and the most of the people with vision impairment (VI) are over the age of 50 years. Over 5% of the world’s population (466 million people) has impaired hearing, with approximately one third occurring in people over 65 years of age
People with an intellectual disability have a much higher prevalence of sensory impairment (visual and hearing) than in the general population.
Frail Adults. The relationship between sensory impairment and function is reflected in the increased prevalence of physical frailty among those with sensory deficits. For example The Women’s Health and Aging Studies showed that the elderly with VIs have a 3.5-fold greater chance of being frail over those with out a visual deficit.
Some individuals will have more than one impairment, such as dual sensory impairment (combined sight and hearing loss, or ‘DeafBlindness’).
